Does submitting the form place an order?
No. It sends a non-binding enquiry only. A contract is formed only after the exact goods, full price, delivery and terms are confirmed in writing and accepted in accordance with that confirmation.
Are the photographs the exact models supplied?
The photographs are representative product visuals, not a promise of a particular manufacturer or model. The exact model, colour and specification are stated in the written offer before you decide.
How is payment handled?
There is no card checkout on this website. If you accept a written offer, TEALUXE issues an invoice with the approved payment method and reference. Never send card details through the enquiry form.
Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
UK-wide enquiries are accepted. Selected EU destinations may be considered by prior quotation, subject to product restrictions, carrier coverage, import requirements and any customs or local charges disclosed before acceptance.
What if a consumer changes their mind?
For most distance purchases, UK consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to notify cancellation and a further 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions and return-cost rules apply; see Delivery & Returns below. Statutory rights for faulty goods are unaffected.

3. Prices and acceptance

TEALUXE will issue a written offer or order confirmation when stock and details are verified. Payment is requested only after acceptance on the terms stated in that document.

4. Payment and fraud prevention

Delivery area

UK delivery availability, cost and estimate are confirmed before purchase. Selected EU enquiries are considered individually. Cross-border orders may involve carrier restrictions, customs formalities, import VAT or other charges; responsibility is stated in the written quotation.

Consumer cancellation

For most UK distance purchases, a consumer may notify cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, then return them within the following 14 days. Refunds
